About modification of the Procedure for planning by customs authorities of documentary exit checks

According to Item 182 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 3926-IX:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for the planning by customs authorities of documentary exit checks approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 17, 2020 No. 509, registered on September 08, 2020 at No. 861/35144, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective since April 19, 2025, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
