About modification of the Regulations on organizational and technical model of cyberprotection

Bring in the Regulations on organizational and technical model of cyberprotection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1426 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 4, the Art. 219), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on organizational and technical model of cyberprotection

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 to replace the word "vulnerabilities" with the word of "vulnerabilities".

2. In Item 2:

The second words "objects of critical information infrastructure, communication and technological systems of the companies, organizations and the organizations relating to objects" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "subjects to cyberprotection of operators", and after words "national electronic" to add developments with the word of "information";

Word in paragraph four of "communication, information and (or) technological systems" shall be replaced with words 2) "subjects to cyberprotection";

3) in paragraph six of the word "information and telecommunication" shall be replaced with words "information and communication";
