About modification of some orders of the Government (simplification of access to finance for MSP)

1. In the Regulations on activities of Fund of entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 94/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 85-86, 168), to make the following changes:

2) of Item 14 in the second offer the text to "Article 3" to replace 1) in the subitem with the text to "Article 52";

2) in the subitem 2) of Item 16 the text "is not in process of reorganization" to exclude.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 351/2023 about approval of the Program of stimulation of investments "373" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 193-194, of the Art. 468) to make the following changes:

"7. Actions for financing within the Program of stimulation of investments "373" are measure of support and fall under action of provisions of the Law No. 139/2012 on government assistance.";

2) in the Program:

a) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The loans granted within this Program can be supplemented at the expense of programs of the grants approved by the orders of the Government implemented by ORP.";

b) in Item 7:
