About additional measures for development of youth entrepreneurship and employment of youth

For the purpose of support of the business ideas and initiatives, development of business skills of youth, assistance of projects implementation of subjects of youth entrepreneurship in industries and spheres of economy, including startup - and innovative projects, creation of additional terms for deep development of professions, digital technologies and foreign languages, and also employment of youth:

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of investments, the industry and trade, the Central bank, Agency on cases of youth and JSC Alokabank about the program implementation "Youth business" in 2025 - 2027 (further - the Program) providing:

the scope within the Program of 350 thousand young people, in particular creation at least 100 thousand additional workplaces for persons which reached eighteen years is also not more senior than thirty years;

determination of JSC Alokabank by basic "youth bank" in rendering complex services to young entrepreneurs, financial support of their activities;

allocation of preferential financial resources in investment and startup projects of youth for forming of modern entrepreneurial skills;

implementation of measures for support of innovative projects in industries and spheres of economy, including with implementation of digital technologies, and also projects in the direction of social entrepreneurship.

2. Determine that within the Program:

a) according to the "First Step in Business" project to the self-employed physical persons which reached eighteen years is also not more senior than thirty years, paid the social tax, funds at the rate to 100 million sum for up to 7 years, including grace period on principal debt for up to 2 years and on interest payments up to 3 months, on security the insurance policy or the guarantee of the third party on the following credit products as preferential microloan are allocated in online format:

crops and cultivation of cultures for the purpose of effective use of garden plots, implementation of activities in livestock production, poultry farming and other directions of agricultural industry;
