About additional measures for enhancement of system of allocation of financial aid for attraction to entrepreneurship and employment of the population

In the country the system of allocation by the state of subsidies and other financial aid for providing the needing segments of the population with work in the form of self-employment, revenue-producing is implemented, supports of its entrepreneurial initiatives, equipment procurement and raw materials to the jobless citizens who are engaged in workmanship and nadomnichestvo and funds to more than 140 thousand people are annually allocated for these purposes.

At the same time for the purpose of simplification of system of allocation to the population of financial aid, further expansion of opportunities of effective use and ensuring its targeting:

1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of employment and reducing poverty, and also the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the National agency of social protection) about allocation to the population of subsidies, loans and grants (further - financial aid) without reduction of amount of the means established for this purpose in parameters of the Government budget providing:

attraction of the population to entrepreneurship, providing it with current assets, and also implementation of system of allocation of non-interest loan instead of the subsidies provided to members of the families included in the Unified register of social protection and the Register of poor families (further - poor families), on equipment procurement, necessary for establishing the activities;

cancellation not used during the long period and ineffective subsidies to which the population did not show interest, and also consolidation of mutually duplicative subsidies;

implementation of system of allocation of grants and non-interest loans to poor families for occupation entrepreneurship and dekhkanstvo proceeding from specialization and the drayverny directions of makhally.
