About measures for enhancement of system of support of youth entrepreneurship and the business projects aimed at employment of youth

For the purpose of broad involvement of youth to entrepreneurship, creating favorable conditions for realization its startup - and business projects, the ideas and initiatives, stimulation of activities for production of competitive products and to rendering services in the internal and external markets, and also enhancement of system of employment of youth by support of the entrepreneurial projects directed to creation for it additional workplaces:

1. Form the State trust fund of development of youth entrepreneurship (further – Fund) in the form of public institution under Agency on cases of youth (further – the Agency) based on Fund of support of young entrepreneurs of the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade.

2. Approve:

The main objectives of the State trust fund of development of youth entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 1 *;

The plan died on enhancement of system of support of youth entrepreneurship and the business projects aimed at employment of youth according to appendix No. 2 *;

The list of tools on support of youth entrepreneurship and the business projects aimed at employment of youth (further – instruments of support), according to appendix No. 3.

3. Determine that fund will be brought to the amount equal to equivalent of 100 million US dollars, at the expense of the following sources:

the funds in the amount of 200 billion sum allocated in 2025 from the Government budget;

residual fund of support of young entrepreneurs of the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, and also the means received under the agreements signed at the expense of this fund;

means of the international financial institutions, foreign government financial organizations, foreign banks and other international financial institutions;

charitable gifts of physical persons and legal entities, including nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the income arriving from investment of funds of Fund on deposits of commercial banks in accordance with the established procedure;
