1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
1) of Item 13 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) forming and realization of single state policy, implementation of cross-industry coordination in the field of the higher and postgraduate education, science and scientific and technical activities, commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, development and implementation of the international programs in the field of the higher and postgraduate education and science, and also on basis and in pursuance of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the main directions of social and economic policy of the state, its defense capability, safety, ensuring public order developed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, forming and realization of state policy in spheres of the state educational accumulative system, development of languages according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
in Item 15:
add with subitem 2-8) of the following content:
"2-8) development and approval of the list of the services connected with the state educational order;";
add with subitem 16-1) of the following content:
"16-1) approval of the application form for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities;";
add with subitem 39-2) of the following content:
