About features of construction and acceptance of objects in operation

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of architectural and construction activities:

1. Determine that:

1.1. according to the decision of the customer (builder) the construction objects carried to the fourth and fifth classes of complexity (further - objects), are accepted in operation based on the conclusions of bodies of the state construction supervision about their compliance to the criteria determined in part two of this subitem if objects:

are built with use of the project documentation developed by method of binding of the projects recommended for repeated application to the site area;

are finished with construction according to the project documentation which passed the state construction examination (further - gosstroyekspertiza) on stage "The construction project" in which after passing of gosstroyekspertiza of change were not brought or on which after entering of changes into it the decision of gosstroyekspertiza is repeatedly received.

In case of issue of the conclusion of bodies of the state construction supervision object is estimated by the following criteria:

compliance of the project documentation;

readiness of engineering infrastructure to provide giving, accounting and assignment of resources in the amounts provided by the project documentation.

For receipt of the conclusion of bodies of the state construction supervision of availability of the conclusions on object of other state supervision bodies it is not required;

1.2. construction of facilities * on the provided parcel of land within the permitted engineering loadings according to the decision of the customer (builder) is allowed to be performed based on set of the following documents:

drawings which structure and amount are determined by the customer (builder);
