1. In line item of the 37th list of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 No. 29, the text in the column of the first to state in the following edition:

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the principles and approaches of implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of harmonization of the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the specified sphere of the February 16, 2021 signed on May 8, 2024.
