Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of forming and maintaining the register of providers of hosting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2023 No. 2008 "About approval of Rules of forming and maintaining the register of providers of hosting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 49, the Art. 8761).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

1. Add Item 6 with subitems "l" and "m" of the following content:

"k) information on persons to whom computing capacities for placement of information in the information system which is constantly connected to Internet network are provided:

for physical persons - the country of issue of identity documents (in the presence);

for the Russian legal entities:

the complete and reduced names (in the presence);

identification taxpayer number;

for foreign legal entities:

the complete and reduced names (in the presence);

country of incorporation (in the presence), the address of the legal entity specified in the contract with provider of hosting;

the tax identifier and (or) the identifier in the trade register of country of incorporation;

the network addresses and domain names allocated to the legal entity with provider of hosting when implementing activities for provision of computing capacity for placement of information in the information system which is constantly connected to Internet network;
