Based on parts (2) and (6) article 7 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Item 1-2 of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (2008, 189, Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"1-2. Considering the rate of inflation for the end of previous year expressed by growth of consumer prices in December of the same year in comparison with the same month of prior year, constituting % 7,0, since April 1, 2025 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed according to coefficient of indexation of 1,070 and after indexation constitutes:

a) on the adult - 1 749 lei;

b) on the child - 1 819 lei.".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
