About modification of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008
Based on article 9-2 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. The regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 (2008, No. 189, Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 36-1 of the following content:
"36-1. Determination and assessment of requirements of the family receiving social benefit is performed by means of the procedure of work with case of the receiver.
The procedure of work with case of needy family receiver begins since the month following decision about provision of the right to social benefit.
Territorial structure of the social help / the communitarian social assistant involves the multi-profile commission in procedure of work with case of the receiver.
Based on the received conclusions the individual plan of the help to the family receiving social benefit is developed. The individual plan of the help can be added with the assistance of the receiver / the legal representative.
The communitarian social assistant bears responsibility for monitoring of realization of the actions provided in the individual plan of the help.
The procedure of work with case of the receiver is performed based on the Methodology approved by the central industry body of public management in the field of social protection".
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
