1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions and organizations of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2021 No. 300 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Center for standardization and metrology under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 1 of Item 12:

in paragraphs six, the thirteenth, sixteenth and twenty first to replace the word of "others" with the word of "foreign";

add with paragraphs the twenty eighth - the thirtieth the following content:

"-development of the development program of national system of standardization;

- ensuring scientific and methodical support of activities in the field of standardization;

- the conclusion within the powers of agreements (agreements, memorandums) between national authorities on standardization of foreign states, including on application of national standards of these states in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also to application of national standards of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of these states which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
