About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating training of new generation for the public civil service and municipal service (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service", "About education")

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 2, 2021 No. 113-114) the following changes:

1) in Article 10:

a) in part 3:

- add with Items 4, 5 and 6 following contents:

"4) the graduates of presidential lyceum "Akylman" who completed training in educational programs of the higher professional or secondary professional education and gained the diploma or other document replacing it on the basis of the application in person in out-of-competition procedure;

5) the graduates of foreign higher educational institutions who got education within the international grant of the President "Al Umutu" and the diploma or other document replacing it on the basis of the application in person in out-of-competition procedure;

6) the graduates of the higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic having special status, who ended them with honors on the basis of the application in person in out-of-competition procedure.";

- add with the paragraph third the following content:

"Persons specified in Items 4, to the 5 and 6 this part are enlisted in reserve of personnel of state bodies and local government bodies which list is determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.";

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The procedure for holding open tender for inclusion in reserve of personnel, its forming, including in out-of-competition procedure, and functioning is determined by the President.";
