About introduction of amendments to article 10 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (management of the lands which are in public property)

Art. I. - In article 10 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

add Article with part (7-1) following contents:

"(7-1) Annual payment for lease/employment of the lands which are in public property on which the objects which are in private property are located constitute at least two percent of standard price of the earth calculated for lands of the corresponding appointment, except as specified, provided by part (9). The amount of payment is established by the bodies having competences on management of public property / authorized body of local public authority.";

part (to state 12) in the following edition:

"(12) In case of calculation of the amount of the annual payment provided by part (7-1), for lease/employment of the lands which are in public property and being part of industrial parks, the company administrator applies the decreasing coefficient established according to the Law on industrial parks No. 182/2010.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) the changes provided by this law are not applied To agreements of lease/hiring of the lands which are in public property on which the objects which are in private property which are in implementation process on the date of entry into force of this law are located.
