About modification of the Land code No. 22/2024

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Land code No. 22/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 93-95, 137), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) Depending on purpose of the earth of land fund are subdivided into the following categories:

a) earth of agricultural purpose;

b) the lands intended for forest fund;

c) the lands intended for water fund;

d) the lands intended for construction and arrangement;

e) the lands intended for transportations, networks of electronic communications and carrying out mining operations;

f) earth of special purpose;

g) earth of nature protection appointment and objects of cultural heritage.".

2. In Item e) parts (1) Article 9 of the word "Items b), f) and g)" shall be replaced with words "Items b), h) - k), m) and n)".

3. Add Article 17 with part (22) the following content:

"(22) the Notarial certificate of sale and purchase agreements of the parcels of land is obligatory, except for sale and purchase agreements of the farmlands which are in private property which area constitutes no more 0,25 of the hectare provided according to Article 12 of the Land code No. 828/1991, confirmed with the certificate issued by relevant organ of local public authority of the first level.".

4. Add Article 19 with parts (4-1), (14) and (15) the following content:

"(4-1) Price of purchase and sale of adjacent lands of the private sphere государства/административно-территориальных units are determined by the appraiser according to the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002.";
