About modification of some regulations (adjustment of the regulatory base concerning activities of carabineers)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item i) parts (2) article 25 of the Law on national defense No. 345/2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 775), with subsequent changes, words", except for the commander" shall be replaced with words "and the Commander".
Art. II. - In the Law on the status of the military personnel No. 162/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 618), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Item е) parts (Article 31 after words of "the chief of General staff of National army" to add 2) with words
", Commander of the General inspectorate of carabineers".
2. Item d) parts (articles 35 after words of "the chief of General staff of National army" to add 2) with words
", Commander of the General inspectorate of carabineers".
Art. III. - In the Law on the General inspectorate of carabineers No. 219/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 770), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "legislation" and "current legislation" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "regulations" in the corresponding case.
2. In Article 2:
in part (1) words "to protection of especially important objects," shall be replaced with words "to protection, protection and defense of objects of diplomatic missions, own objects and property, and also special transportations,";
in part (2) word "police functions", shall be replaced with words "functions on maintenance, providing and recovery of public order and safety,".
3. Parts (1) - (Article 9 to state 3) in the following edition:
