About modification of some regulations (the aspects connected with pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter to children with heavy limited opportunities and to persons with heavy limited opportunities since the childhood)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 87-91, 214), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (2) articles 2 after word "supervision", to add with the words "and also benefits on the occasion of loss of the supporter".

2. Add Article 3 with the Item d-1) of the following content:

"d-1) of person with heavy limited opportunities since the childhood which lost the supporter;".

3. In Item b) parts (1-1) Articles 6 to "children" to exclude the word.

4. In the name of Chapter III to "CHILDREN" to exclude the word.

5. In Article 9:

in part (the word to "children" to exclude 1), shall be replaced with words the words "the died person did not correspond" "the died parent did not correspond";

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) the Allowance on the occasion of loss of the supporter is granted:

a) to children aged up to 18 years (to pupils and students of educational institutions of average, secondary vocational and higher education, except extramural studies, -

before the termination of the relevant educational institution, but not longer than before execution of 23 years) if they are not on complete state providing;

b) to persons with heavy limited opportunities since the childhood - for assignment of extent of restriction of opportunities if they are not on complete state providing.".

6. In part (Article 10 the word to "children" to exclude 1);

after the word of "child" to add part with the words "or on each person with heavy limited opportunities since the childhood".

7. In Article 11:
