About modification of some regulations (the crime reporting, the criminal cases and persons who committed crimes, and accounting of offenses, cases on offenses and persons who made offenses)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the Integrated automated information system of the crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes, No. 216/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 170 172, of the Art. 695), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

after the concept "participants of System" to add with concept of the following content:

"Information system" E-case: electronic control by criminal cases / cases on offenses" (further - information system E-case) - the resource pool, including the personnel, interconnected information technologies and methods intended for registration of events/actions, forming of the standard documents connected with criminal procedure, proceeedings about offense and documentation of the road accidents, storages, processings, provisions and uses of information on criminal cases and cases on offenses, electronic control by the materials/documents connected with consideration of criminal cases and cases on offenses, and also the materials/documents connected with investigation of the road accidents;";

state the concept "documents of primary accounting" of the following edition:

"documents of primary accounting - cards, magazines, notices and other paper documents;";

after the concept "documents of primary accounting" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"electronic statistical cards - the cards in electronic format containing statistical information and created in information system E-case on the basis of data from the procedural documents having the same legal position, as the documents of primary accounting used for the maintaining the single centralized crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes within the Register of criminalistic and criminological information.".

2. Item d) Article 3 to state in the following edition:
