About modification of some regulations (enforcement of the Land code)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 15-2 of the word "about the standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth" to exclude 3).
2. Part (Article 41-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Purchase and sale agreements of lands of agricultural purpose for which conclusion the law does not provide obligatory notarial assurance can be provided on registration only after advance registration in the real estate register of the property right of person alienating property.".
Art. II. - Part (5) article 15 of the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488/1999 (2000, 311), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 42-44, in the following edition:
"(5) in case of expropriation of the parcel of land the amount of compensation is equivalent to the market value of the parcel of land determined according to the valuation report executed by the appraiser according to provisions of the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002.".
Art. III. - Part (3) Article 1308 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (repeated publication: 2019, 132), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 66-75, in the following edition:
"(3) the Annual hire charge of the farmlands which are property of the state or administrative and territorial unit is established based on the valuation report executed by the appraiser according to provisions of the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002.".
