The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. "4) to children of persons with limited opportunities which restriction of opportunities came owing to wound, contusions or mutilations received in case of execution of military or special service duties, and to children of the died participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP before achievement of 18-year age, and in case of continuation of training at full-time department of educational institutions by them - before training completion, but no more than before achievement of 23-year age - 1250 lei to everyone;";
