About introduction of amendments to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (2) Article 17:

in Item d) words "establishment, coordination and monitoring of realization the politician and priorities of the President of the Republic of Moldova" to exclude;

Item g) after words of "labor safety" to add with words "non-food products and consumer protection,";

add part with Items h) and i) the following content:

"h) for personnel of the body responsible for management, privatization, supervision and control of public property of the state, - 20 percent of the annual amount of base pays for the personnel having the right to the special allowance;

i) for personnel of the body responsible for digitalization in justice and judicial administration, - 20 percent of the annual amount of base pays for the personnel having the right to the special allowance.".

2. In part (articles 20-1 of figure "50" to replace 1) with figures "30".

3. Part (Article 21 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) the Size of one-time award in each separate case shall not exceed base pay of the awarded person, except for the head of budget unit and his deputy for whom the size of one-time award in each separate case shall not exceed 50 percent of base pay.".

4. In Article 27:

in part (figures "5000" in both cases to replace 2) with figures "5500";

add Article with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) Establishment of the main monthly salary for personnel of local authorities of the public power and responsible state positions as a part of these bodies will be based on the population established for January 1, 2023.".
