About approval of Changes in Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", articles 67, of 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting inspection checks of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve the Change in Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with the enclosed changes).

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks

1. In the Section I:

1) in Item 2:

in subitem 2 "inspector" shall be replaced with words the word "inspectors/inspectors";

to add Item after subitem 2 with new subitem 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) deputy manager of inspection group inspector who in case of absence of the head of inspection team carries out its obligations;";
