About the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities and material logistics of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not determined, - the State inspection) I decide:

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

1.2. Regulations on compulsory national insurance of employees of the State inspectorate of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

1.3. the procedure for use of physical force, special means, applications and uses of weapon by employees of the State inspectorate of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (is applied);

2. Determine that:

2.1. carrying out compulsory national insurance of employees of the State inspectorate according to this Decree is performed by the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh.

Financing of compulsory national insurance of employees of the State inspectorate is performed at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on content of the State inspection;

2.2. the monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises, accommodation in hotels at the expense of means of the State inspection according to the procedure, the sizes and on the conditions determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is provided to the officials of the State inspection using premises according to the employment contract or living in hotels;

2.3. state bodies, other organizations, their workers and other citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, shall no later than two working days from the date of the expiration of fixed term on accomplishment of the requirement (the instruction, the offer) in writing to inform the State inspectorate on the taken measures for execution of its requirement (the instruction, the offer) if other term is not established by legal acts;
