About introduction of amendments to article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item 9) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "1000" with figures "1250".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
(2) to the Government in six-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
(3) to National cash desk of social insurance to bring the size of monthly public welfare payment established before entry into force of this law for the category of receivers specified in Item 9) to part (1) article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001, into compliance with the size established by this law since January 1, 2025.
