The government DECIDES:
In the Regulations on accounting treatment, assessment and the realization of the confiscated, ownerless property arrested perishable or with limited storage duration of products, physical evidences, the property which passed on inheritance right to the state, and treasures approved by the Order of the Government No. 972/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 112-113, 1021), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in Item 48:
a) the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The weapon and ammunition of civil appointment specified in Item 1, are donated to territorial inspectorates of police of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or in State commission by assessment, writedown and rejection of weapon for acceptance of necessary measures according to Regulations on State commission by assessment, writedown and rejection of weapon approved by the Order of the Government No. 1447/2016.";
b) after the paragraph of the ninth to introduce the paragraph of the following content:
"Arms, ammunition, military equipment and technologies relating to them and services; products, technologies and the services of dual purpose (civil and military) specified in Item 1, are donated to the Ministry of Defence directly by bodies in which on accounting they are.";
2) in appendix No. 6 after words of State Tax Administration to introduce the text "/body in which on accounting there is property".
