1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 23, 2011 No. 42 "About procedure for issue of conclusions that the goods used for development of production and ensuring consumption of species of fuel are not made and have no analogs in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 02, 2011 at No. 1044/19782.
2. To international business department and trade protection (Kozlenko Yu. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine Sales representative of Ukraine Muscleman T. A.
