1. In Regulations on the procedure for building of the areas of bedding of minerals of nation-wide value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 1995 No. 33 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 3, the Art. 80):
Paragraph one of Item 9 to state 1) in the following edition:
"9. Special permission it can be terminated by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant local councils according to the Code of Ukraine about subsoil if:";
2) in the text of the Provision of the word "relevant Council of People's Deputies" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant local council according to the Code of Ukraine about subsoil" in the corresponding case and number;
Shall be replaced with words 3) in appendix to the Provision of the word "Councils of People's Deputies" "local council".
2. In item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1174 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 192):
The word "issues" 1) in subitem 9 to replace with the word "provides";
The word "cancels" 2) in subitem 10 "stops" to replace with the word.
