Article 1. Bring in the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 9, Article 838 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 247; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 27, 2024 No. 116-VIIGD) the following changes:
1.1. In Article 3.0.14 of the word "potentially dangerous" to replace in the first case with the words "especially risk", and in the second case - the word "risk";
1.2. In the name of Article 78, in Items 78.1 and 78.2 of the word "Potentially Dangerous" shall be replaced with words "Especially dangerous".
Article 2. Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 81 (volume I):
2.1. the paragraph the fourth Article 1 parts one after the word of "flight" to add with words "destructions, damages";
2.2. To state parts 1 and 3 of Article 2 in the following edition:
"1. The production, supplying, transport and social facilities performing production, procurement, conversion, transportation, use and utilization of the dangerous substances (listed in appendix 1), constituting danger to the population and the environment, and also the having sources of radioactive and ionizing radiation, explosive and other emergency and dangerous buildings, constructions and the equipment belong to potentially dangerous objects.";
