Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1 and 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Part the sixth article 5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social protection of the children who lost parents and deprived of parent guardianship" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 477 (volume I); 2024, No. 5 (the book I), article 501, No. 12 (the book II), Article 1336) to state in the following edition:
"To the children who lost parents and without parental support and also persons from their number, upon termination of general education, professional, average special and higher educational institutions the relevant educational institution pays lump-sum allowance in the amount of, determined by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority".
Article 2. Transitional provision
Operation of article 1 of this Law does not extend to the children deprived of parent care, and also to persons from their number who graduated from educational institutions about day of entry into force of this Law.
