About requirements to the report on the termination of mutual investment fund

1. The report on the termination of mutual investment fund (further respectively - fund, the report) shall contain:

1.2. Data on fund:

complete name, type and category of fund;

data on availability or absence in rules of trust management of fund of specifying on the fact that investment shares of fund are intended for skilled investors;

number of rules of trust management of fund assigned when entering by the Bank of Russia of data on the specified rules into the register of mutual investment funds;

duration of the agreement of trust management of fund.

1.3. Data on managing company of fund:

full trade name and the primary state registration number (further - PSRN) managing company of fund;

number and date of issue of the license of managing company for implementation of activities for management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds (further - the license of managing company);

if at managing company of fund it is cancelled the license of managing company - acceptance date the Bank of Russia of the decision on cancellation of the license of managing company (date of cancellation of the license of managing company) (terminated).

1.4. Data on specialized depositary of fund:

full trade name and PSRN of specialized depositary of fund;

number and date of issue of license for activities of specialized depositary of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds (further - the license of specialized depositary);
