I. Declare invalid the Law of Ukraine "About protection of interests of persons in the field of intellectual property during action of martial law imposed in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine" of April 1, 2022 No. 2174-IX.

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.

2. Determine that:

1) the current of terms for making of the actions connected with protection of intellectual property rights, and also terms concerning procedures of acquisition of rights of these rights which were stopped according to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of interests of persons in the field of intellectual property during action of martial law imposed in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine" proceeds from the date of entry into force of this Law taking into account time which passed to their stop, but for seventy five days at least;
