About modification of the Labor code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of legal regulation of single questions of home and remote work

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Labor code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375) the following changes:

1. In Article 60-1:

after part five to add with new part of the following content:

"Features of the direction of the worker performing outwork in official journey are established by the employment contract about outwork".

With respect thereto the sixth or eleventh to consider parts respectively parts of the seventh or twelfth;

add with part thirteen of the following content:

"In coordination with the employer the worker can work on the terms of outwork in case of training of his child aged up to 14 years in organization of general secondary education in remote form of education according to the order (order) of the head of such educational institution for such training".

2. In Article 60-2:

after part five to add with new part of the following content:

"In case of need the worker shall report the directions of the worker performing work remotely in official journey to the employer about the location by any convenient method, including with use of information and communication technologies. Features of the direction of the worker performing work remotely in official journey are established by the employment contract about remote work".

With respect thereto the sixth or twelfth to consider parts respectively parts of the seventh or thirteenth;

add with part fourteen of the following content:

"In coordination with the employer the worker can work on the terms of remote work in case of training of his child aged up to 14 years in organization of general secondary education in remote form of education according to the order (order) of the head of such educational institution for such training".

3. To add Article 121 after part two with new part of the following content:
