Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 13 with subitems 24) and 25) of the following content:
"24) implementation of strategic, regulating, realizable and control functions in the field of mail within the competence;
25) forming of state policy in the field of mail service on basis and in pursuance of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the main directions of social and economic policy of the state, its defense capability, safety, ensuring public order developed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
in Item 15:
add with subitem 100-1) of the following content:
