About the minimum size of the authorized capital of payment institutes and operators of payment systems

1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital for newly created:

1) payment institute - in the amount of at least 30 million som;

2) the operator of payment system - in the amount of at least 20 million som;

3) person combining activities of payment institute and the operator of payment system - in the amount of at least 50 million som.

1-1. The minimum size of the authorized capital for the payment institute performing release of electronic money in the presence at payment institute of the license of the operator of payment system is established in the amount of 90 million som. When rendering additional types of the payment services specified in Item 2 of this resolution, the minimum size of the authorized capital is established in the following sizes:

1) rendering the payment services specified in the subitem 1 of Item 2 of this resolution – at least 120 million som;

2) rendering the payment services specified in the subitem 2 of Item 2 of this resolution – at least 120 million som;

3) rendering the payment services specified in subitems 1 and 2 of Item 2 of this resolution – at least 150 million som.

2. The minimum size of the authorized capital for newly created payment institute when rendering the following payment services is established in the following sizes:
