About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2024 No. 1400

1. The subitem "b" of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2024 No. 1400 "About introduction of temporary quantitative restriction on export of separate types of fertilizers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 44, the Art. 6617) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"on the fertilizers which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on the order and (or) specifying of the President of the Russian Federation and (or) based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
