1. In Item 5 of the requirements to the feasibility statement on the investment project with considerable investments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2021 No. 515 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 43, Art. 2626; 2024, No. 18, Art. 1172):
1) in subitem 1:
word in paragraph seven "the considerable investments which are actually brought by the applicant before date of application (in the presence)" to exclude;
add the subitem after the paragraph of the seventh with new paragraphs of the following content:
"-the considerable investments which are actually performed by the applicant not earlier than before 18 months before date of application in authorized body which are considered/join in calculation of the amount of considerable investments into investment objects for implementation of the investment project with considerable investments (in the presence);
- the considerable investments which are actually performed by the applicant earlier than in 18 months prior to date of application in authorized body which are not considered / do not join in calculation of the amount of considerable investments into investment objects for implementation of the investment project with considerable investments (in the presence)".
