About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the register of licenses to use radio-frequency range

According to Articles 48, of 49, 51-54 Laws of Ukraine "About electronic communications", the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service", the Law of Ukraine of October 10, 2024 No. 4017-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the register of licenses to use radio-frequency range approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service of July 06, 2022 No. 96, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 05, 2022 at No. 890/38226, the following changes:

Item 2 of subsection 2 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. In case of acceptance of NKEK of the decision on cancellation of the license the authorized person according to part eight of article 54 of the Law enters the relevant information in the Register.";

2) in the text of the Procedure the word "cancellation" shall be replaced with words "cancellation";
