1) in Article 6:

a) add part 1 with Item 22 following of content:

"22) performs the powers provided by the Federal Law "About State Regulation of Turnover of Methanol and Metanolsoderzhashchy Liquids" including approves procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids, and access to it.";

b) add part 3 with Item 25 of the following content:

"25) performs the powers provided by the Federal Law "About State Regulation of Turnover of Methanol and Metanolsoderzhashchy Liquids" including performs forming and maintaining the Register of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids.";
