Inclusion by the business entity performing trading activity selling food products by means of the organization of retail chain stores and (or) the business entity performing deliveries of food products to retail chain stores, to the contract of delivery of food products of conditions on responsibility of the business entity performing deliveries of food products to retail chain stores for complete or partial non-realization of deliveries of food products to retail chain stores in the quantity exceeding the quantity approved by the parties of such agreement or execution (realization) of such agreement in the corresponding part is not allowed.".
1. This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
2. Conditions of the contracts of delivery of the food products regulated by the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" and signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law shall be brought into accord with the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) till March 1, 2026.
