About introduction of amendments to articles 213.25 and 223.2 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3945; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3891; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4139; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5048; 2023, No. 31, Art. 5766; No. 32, Art. 6206; 2024, No. 33, Art. 4923, 4924) following changes:

Item 8.1 of Article 213.25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8.1. Provisions of Items 6 - the 8th this Article regarding closing with the financial manager of accounts of the citizen in credit institutions, prohibition personally to open for the debtor bank accounts in credit institutions and to receive on them money and involvement of credit institutions to responsibility for making of transactions according to the order of the citizen concerning which the procedure of realization of property is entered or under the power of attorney for bank account agreement issued to them personally are not applied to cases of opening by the debtor citizen of bank accounts to transfer of the money paid to it in connection with availability of the bases (circumstances) provided by subitems "a" - "д" Item 3 of part 1 of article 40 of the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding", and making of transactions on such accounts.";

2) in Article 223.2:

a) to add paragraph two of the subitem 2 of Item 1 with words ", or the citizen accepts (took) part in special military operation";

b) state Item 3.1 in the following edition:

"3.1. In case of submission by the citizen of the statement for recognition by his bankrupt extrajudicially according to the subitem 2 of Item 1 of this Article the following references are enclosed to such application:
