Item 6 of part 5.1 to add 1) with the words "or according to decisions of the public authorities of the Russian Federation which were involved in fighting in the territory of the Russian Federation";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. On persons specified in Item 6 of part 5.1 of article 71 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 to No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law), the procedure for acceptance on training established according to part 8 of article 55 of the specified Federal Law regarding acceptance extends to training in programs of bachelor degree, programs of specialist programme within separate quota.
