Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About conscription and military service" of January 29, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 1-2, of Art. 3; 2023, No. 11, Art. 463) following amendments:
1. Add Article 38 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The military personnel who is undergoing obligatory compulsory military service and having higher education or having higher education and graduated from military department under public educational institutions of higher professional training can after three months of passing of obligatory compulsory military service according to the procedure, the established Regulations on procedure for passing of military service to be appointed to positions of ensigns or officers.".
2. 1) part 3 of article 59 after words of "military service" to add Item with words ", except for female".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
