This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic basis of activities in the field of the state material reserve of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Basic concepts

In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) razbronirovaniye of material values of the state material reserve – removal of material values from the list or reducing amount of their filling in the state material reserve;

2) release of material values from the state material reserve – issue of material values from the state material reserve in paid or non-paid form on the bases and according to the procedure, established by this Law;

3) the state material reserve (further – the state reserve) – special reserve of the material values used for the purposes and appointment provided by this Law;

4) mobilization reserve – the inventory of material values of special purpose which is intended for ensuring mobilization needs of the state and is stored for the purpose of defense of the country in warehouses of responsible keepers of material values of the state reserve;

5) not reduced inventory of material values – constantly supported amount of material values which is established as a part of the list of material values of the state reserve;

6) management of activities in the field of the state reserve – the actions and activities of authorized state body in the field of the state reserve (further – authorized state body) directed to forming, the organization, filling, placement, storage, release, movement, purchase and sale, import and export of material values, other actions and activities;
