About measures for further enhancement of system of preparation of pedagogical personnel

In the country for the purpose of cardinal enhancement of system of preparation of pedagogical personnel on the basis of single approach, transformation of programs of the higher education in this direction according to the international experience, and also ensuring succession and continuity in the field of education, integration of science and practice:

1. Approve the offers of the Ministry of preschool and school education and the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations providing:

implementation of preparation of pedagogical personnel for the preschool and school educational organizations on the basis of single approach;

enhancement of educational programs in the field of pedagogical education according to the international educational programs and wide use of dual form of education;

creation of National pedagogical university of Uzbekistan of name Bottoms (further - University) based on the Tashkent state pedagogical university of name Bottoms;

determination of University by the leading highest educational organization on preparation of pedagogical personnel in the republic;

introduction of position of the deputy minister of preschool and school education concerning development of pedagogical education - the rector of National pedagogical university of Uzbekistan of name Bottoms for the purpose of removal of system of preparation of pedagogical personnel in the republic on qualitatively new level on the basis of single approach;

transfer of the pedagogical highest educational organizations which list is given in appendix No. 1 *, in system of the Ministry of preschool and school education.

2. The ministry of preschool and school education performs the following tasks in the field of preparation of pedagogical personnel:

realization of policy of preparation of pedagogical personnel with the higher education on the basis of single conceptual approach;

determination of the main directions of development of the sphere of pedagogical education;
