About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Chapter 43 to add 4) with Articles 413-2 - 413-5 following contents:
"Article 413-2. Violation of requirements about personal data protection
1. Violation of the procedure for collection, storage, processing, protection, transfer and distribution of information of personal nature established by the legislation if these actions do not contain penal act, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 75 settlement indicators, on officials - 100 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 650 settlement indicators.
2. The same action provided by part of 1 this Article, made within one year after application of disciplinary measures -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 250 settlement indicators, on officials - 300 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 1200 settlement indicators.
3. Entering of incomplete or unreliable information into the Register of holders (owners) of arrays of personal data, and equally in collection, storage, processing of personal data without registration in the Register of holders (owners) of arrays of personal data in accordance with the established procedure -
