Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About joint-stock companies" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, Art. 170; 2008, No. 10, Art. 812; 2009, No. 5, Art. 318; No. 7-8, of Art. 496; 2010, No. 1, Art. 9; No. 12, h 1, Art. 816; 2011 No. 12, Art. 844; 2016, No. 11, Art. 890; 2022, No. 7, the Art. 449) the following changes and amendments:
1. To add part 1 of Article 63 with the third offer of the following content:
"Creation and activities of the Board of directors (Supervisory board) of joint-stock companies in which the state has share in their authorized capital is performed according to the features provided by the Standard provision approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
