About modification of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1923; 2024, No. 29, the Art. 1873), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 6 of the word "cancellation of permissions" shall be replaced with words "response or recognition invalid permissions", and the words "cancellation of permission" - the words "response or recognition invalid permissions";

2) to add Item with subitem 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) provides consideration of the complaints to actions or failure to act of officials of territorial authority or GMS territorial subdivision made administratively who skirt procedure and deadlines of consideration of the applications about provision of permission to immigration, and the decisions, including on refusal made by such persons in provision of permission to immigration or recognition by its invalid;";
