About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" rather adaptive sport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"adaptive the sport activities of subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sport directed to involvement of persons with disability and/or persons with restriction of daily functioning to occupations with physical culture for the purpose of assistance to recovery for achievement and maintenance of social and material independence, social and labor adaptation and integration into society, assistance of physical, psychological recovery, possibility of maintaining independent conduct of life and involvement into local community".

With respect thereto the second or thirtieth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the third-thirty first;

to state the paragraph of the twenty eighth in the following edition:

"the physical culture activities of subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sport aimed at providing physical activity of people for the purpose of their harmonious, first of all physical, development and maintaining healthy lifestyle. The physical culture has the following directions: adaptive sport, physical training of different national groups, mass sport, sports rehabilitation".

2. The tenth to state the paragraph to part two of Article 6 in the following edition:
