About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

Article 5 to add 1) with Items 73 and 74 of the following content:

a) in part 1:

- add with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1) to get acquainted with protocols of judicial sessions (including with audio-and videos) and to submit on them notes;";

- add with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) to petition for carrying out legal proceedings by means of use of broadcasting (online broadcasting) of judicial session in the air mode on television, radio and (or) on the Internet.";

b) to state Item 1 of part 7 in the following edition:

"1) to get acquainted with the protocol of judicial session (including with audio-and videos) and to submit on it notes;";

Part 2 of Article 49 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2. The lawyer participates in case from the moment of the first interrogation of the suspect, the person accused, the victim, the witness, delivery or the actual detention of the suspect, the person accused. The lawyer has the right to participate in production on criminal cases in case of presentation of the certificate and order, and also to participate remotely in legal proceedings with the consent of his client.";
